COMPANY BACKGROUND

• Lauran Developments Ltd were first registered in May 1995 to purchase and develop housing sites for sale. Since formation the company have developed and sold over 100 houses.
• Lauran registered with the National House- Building Council (NHBC) in May 2000, and now offer a 10 year 'Buildmark Warranty' to all home buyers. In addition, NHBC personnel act as Planning Supervisors in respect of Health & Safety for all residential developments.
• Lauran changed from 'Property Developers' to 'Design & Construct Contractors' in January 2001.

DIRECTORS

• Plunkett Donaghy (Site and Construction Manager). Has 25 years experience in the Buiding trade
• Colm Donaghy MRIAI (Design, Site Inspection, Health and Safety). Chartered Architect, with 25 years experience. Recently registered as specialist in Architectural Conservation.
